This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, make an inquiry, or make a purchase from https://Victorious Social.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  •        Lead Gen Forms on LinkedIn.  We may collect your contact information, such as name, email, and company through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms when you engage with us via LinkedIn. The information you provide through this form will be used to contact you, offer you our services, or respond to your inquiries. We refer to this information as “Form Data”. Your Form Data may be shared with third-party service providers acting on our behalf to assist with our communication, marketing, and customer relationship management processes. We ensure that all parties involved in handling your data comply with privacy laws and our privacy policy. You have the right to request deletion of your Form Data or to opt out of future communications at any time. Please refer to the “Your Rights” section of this policy for more details.

      Additionally, when you complete a Form/Sign Up, or request a Consultation through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email, phone number, address, and interests pertaining to our products and services.  We refer to this information as “Contact Information.” We do not collect your social security number or credit card information directly from this site.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Contact Information and Device Information.

We use the Contact Information that we collect through the Site to communicate with you and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We may email you (Site Visitor) and Authorized Clients about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

•         MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Zoho Bigin – these services are used for email, SMS, contact management, and delivery of email updates.  We store any Contact Information submitted through the Site, and communication may also be managed by these platforms.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

SMS SERVICES

We at Victorious Social LLC collect, use, and disclose your personal information in connection with your use of the services to receive short message services and/or multi-media services for marketing and non-marketing purposes through the ActiveCampaign platform (“SMS Services”).

Personal information we collect about you through your use of the SMS Services may include first name, last name, mobile number, address, and email address.

We may use cookies or similar technologies on our website or websites associated with the SMS Services to automatically collect your interactions with any URL links included in the Messages.

We use your personal information to provide you with our products and services and other relevant information. We may also use this information to market out products and services to you, including by the SMS Services subject to your consent.

We may use information collected from you and information collected from your device to send you abandoned cart reminders if you added items to your shopping cart but did not complete check out.

We may use third-party service providers to assist us with providing and marketing our products and services to you, and we may disclose your information with such third parties for these purposes.

OPTING OUT OF SMS SERVICES

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.
